Shipping & returns

Every copy of No One Is in Charge is printed to order. Once you buy, your book goes to press within a few days and ships by USPS Media Mail for a flat $8 per order. Allow about two weeks from purchase to delivery; you’ll receive an email with a tracking link the day it ships. Orders ship to addresses in the United States only.

Because each copy is printed for its buyer, orders can’t be canceled once placed, and books can’t be returned for a refund. If your copy arrives damaged or with a printing flaw, write to hello@nooneis.com within 30 days and include a photo, and a replacement will be sent at no cost. There’s no need to mail the damaged copy back.
